4×6 Fingerprint Lift Pads

These transparent lift pads offer the convenience of pre-cut lifting tape for latent prints instead of cutting it from rolls.

Each pad has 25 sheets

Just remove one sheet from the pad, place it over the latent print, and rub it down. Then lift it off, and place it on the appropriate size and color of backing card.

Each sheet has a 3/4-inch “handle” to separate it from the next layer. The paper strip on the handle can be peeled off and the adhesive area there used also.

However, leaving the paper strip on the handle and using it to hold the lift tape helps to prevent leaving your own fingerprints on the adhesive side of the tape. Keeping your own fingerprints off of the underside of the tape assures that the latent print examiners won’t be comparing your latent prints to the rolled prints of possible suspects.
